Appointed by the Arab League as Special Envoy to Iraq, Mohktar Lamani spent a year in Baghdad's dangerous Red Zone trying to bring about peace between Shiites, Sunnis, Kurds, and Christians. But his efforts were crippled by sectarian conflict and he resigned in February 2007. Listen to his perspective on the possibility of national reconciliation.
