Faculty Development The Council convenes faculty development workshops for university faculty looking to incorporate aspects of ethics and international affairs into their curricula or research projects.

Foreign Policy Roundtables Invitation-only sessions for academics, policy experts and journalists to scrutinize recently published works or works in progress.

Global Policy Innovations: www.policyinnovations.org GPI publishes Policy Innovations,an online magazine that covers innovative ideas for a fairer globalization. The articles are drawn from the program's worldwide network, accessible to readers through a resource database.

New Leaders Program This Program offers members an opportunity to study and to learn together with other young professionals from a variety of sectors, including academia, business, media, law, government, and civil society. By invitation only, members must be under 40, with a demonstrated interest in international affairs.

Public Affairs Program Speakers at these events are prominent people in the world of international affairs, from acclaimed authors, to Nobel laureates, to high-ranking UN officials. Their remarks are followed by a lively and well-informed question-and-answer session.

Understanding Islam through Virtual Worlds This project documents people sharing information in a virtual world where physical harm is not a factor and where issues such as gender, race, age and physical ability are hidden from view, thus creating a level field in which conversations can take place.

U.S. Global Engagement Program This initiative will consist of critical case studies, focusing on U.S. relations with partners among the established democracies; with "problematical allies;" and with states of deep concern.

Workshops for Ethics in Business Global Policy Innovations presents Workshops for Ethics in Business, a one-of-a-kind forum that brings together top corporations and NGOs in a civilized setting to share innovative ideas for addressing ethical issues related to globalization.
