Will Kymlicka holds the Canada Research Chair in Political Philosophy at Queen's University, Canada. His books include Multicultural Citizenship: A Liberal Theory of Minority Rights (1995), Politics in the Vernacular: Nationalism, Multiculturalism, and Citizenship (2001), and a forthcoming book on the role of the international community in shaping state-minority relations around the world.
