Todd Tucker has been Research Director for Public Citizen's Global Trade Watch since November 2004 and has written extensively on the Central America Free Trade Agreement, the WTO, the expiration of the Multi-Fiber Arrangement, and many other issues. Before coming to Global Trade Watch, Mr. Tucker analyzed U.S. foreign policy and macroeconomic policy of the international financial institutions for the Washington-based Center for Economic and Policy Research
