Sheldon Annis was for five years a senior fellow at the Overseas Development Council, where he developed a work program on poverty, the World Bank, and environmental issues. He has also served as senior program officer at Inter-American Foundation, responsible for research, publication, and evaluation programs. Mr. Annis has taught in the Honors Program at the University of Maryland; the University of London–Royal Holloway; the New College of Global Studies; Boston University; Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies; Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University; and at Monteith College, Wayne State University.
