Seamus McMahon

Seamus McMahon
Seamus McMahon leads Booz & Company's commercial banking practice in the United States. McMahon, who was originally a partner from 1991–1995, rejoined the firm in late 2006 and leads Booz & Company's commercial banking practice in the United States.

Prior to rejoining the practice, McMahon was with HSBC Bank USA, most recently as regional president of the Atlantic region. In addition to running all banking activities from New Jersey to Florida, McMahon focused on prioritizing and opening new branch locations nationally.

In 2001–2004, McMahon was CEO of Toronto Dominion Bank USA. McMahon led Toronto Dominion Bank's U.S. expansion efforts. Initiatives included a national joint venture with WalMart, expanding TD Waterhouse, and screening bank targets.

Before joining Toronto Dominion, McMahon led the retail banking practice at First Manhattan Consulting Group and co-founded Novantas, a New York–based consultancy and services company.

During his first tenure with Booz Allen, McMahon was published regularly in industry journals and quoted widely in the business media, in addition to being a keynote speaker at many major conferences. McMahon is again being quoted and is publishing regularly in both industry and the general press.
