Richard Goldstone

 
     
 

Richard Goldstone is presently the William Hughes Mulligan Visiting Professor at Fordham Law School. Previously, he served as a Justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa for nine years. From 1994 to 1996, Mr.Goldstone was Chief Prosecutor of the United Nations Criminal Tribunals for Rwanda and the former Yugoslavia. He also chaired the Independent Inquiry on Kosovo, and the committee that drafted the Valencia Declaration of Human Duties and Responsibilities.  He is the author of For Humanity: Reflections of a War Crimes Investigator (Yale, 2000).
