Qi Qianjin is Counsellor, Chief of Division of Policy Analysis, Permanent Mission of the People's Republic of China to the United Nations. This is his second posting at the Mission.
Mr. Qi has also served at the Chinese Xinhua News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
China, and the Chinese Embassies in Kuwait and Israel.
