Paul D. Williams
Paul D. Williams is Associate Professor of International Affairs and Associate Director of the Security Policy Studies Program at George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs. He specializes in issues of conflict resolution, international peacekeeping, and Africa's international relations.

Williams is the author of British Foreign Policy under New Labour, 1997-2005 (2005), coauthor of Understanding Peacekeeping (2004), and coeditor of Africa in International Politics (2004), and Peace Operations and Global Order (2005).

He is currently writing a book on the international responses to the war in Darfur, Sudan.
