P. W. Singer
Dr. P. W. Singer is a Senior Fellow in the Foreign Policy Studies program at the Brookings Institution and Director of the Brookings Project on U.S. Policy Towards the Islamic World. He has also held positions in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and at the International Peace Academy, amassing expertise in contemporary warfare and foreign policy.
