| Melissa Schwartzberg is Associate Professor of Political Science at Columbia University. She is the author of Democracy and Legal Change (2007) and articles in American Political Science Review, Political Theory, Political Studies, Perspectives on Politics, and Journal of the History of Ideas. Her current book project analyzes the origins and normative justifications of supermajority rules. |
