Matthew Hennessey

Matthew Hennessey is a Program Associate of the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs. He has been with the Council since joining the Global Policy Innovations program in August 2006. He is Assistant Editor of Policy Innovations online magazine. Hennessey also contributes to the Council's Interviews with Educators series and coordinates the activities of the Senior Fellows. He has worked for several statewide political campaigns and for the New York Post. In the past, Hennessey was an actor in New York and Los Angeles.

Hennessey holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from CUNY-Hunter College as well as an M.A. in International Political Economy and Development from Fordham University.
