Joseph H. Carens
Joseph H. Carens is Professor of Political Science at the University of Toronto. His most recent book is Culture, Citizenship and Community: A Contextual Exploration of Justice as Evenhandedness (2000). He has also published three other books and more than 40 journal articles or chapters in books. He is currently writing a book on the ethics of immigration.
