Jill Shankleman
Jill Shankleman is Director of J. Shankleman Limited, a business consulting firm she founded in 2000. As a consultant, she has worked with oil and gas firms to help them assess the social impact of investment in the former Soviet Union, Angola, Algeria, Indonesia, China, Bolivia, South Africa, and elsewhere.

She was a Senior Fellow at the United States Institute of Peace (2003-2004), and Director of Environmental Resources Management (London, 1987–2000).
