James Bohman

James Bohman is Danforth Professor of Philosophy at Saint Louis University. He is author of Public Deliberation: Pluralism, Complexity and Democracy (1996) and New Philosophy of Social Science: Problems of Indeterminacy (1991). He is the co-editor, with William Rehg, of Deliberative Democracy (1997), and, with Matthias Lutz-Bachmann, of Perpetual Peace: Essays on Kant's Cosmopolitan Ideal (1997). He has also published articles on topics related to cosmopolitan democracy and the European Union.
