As of 2002, Ivana Vuco was working on the Imagine Coexistence Initiative, funded by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and directed by the Center for Human Rights and Conflict Resolution at Tufts University.
Through a grant from the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, she was studying the possibilities for cooperation between Nigerian human rights and conflict resolution groups.
