Ellen Lutz is Executive Director of the Center for Human Rights and Conflict Resolution at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. She is an attorney with twenty years of experience as a nongovernmental human rights advocate, and a trained mediator and arbitrator.
