Dayton Maxwell is special advisor to the administrator of USAID for conflict prevention. He has worked with World Vision, George Mason University's Program on Peacekeeping Policy, and the Institute for Defense Analyses. He opened a Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation portfolio for World Vision's global programs.
