David Luban

David Luban

David Luban is the Frederick Haas Professor of Law and Philosophy at Georgetown University Law Center.  He joined the faculty in 1997, coming from the University of Maryland's Institute for Philosophy and Public Policy and its School of Law.  

Luban has published numerous books and articles, including Legal Ethics and Human Dignity (Cambridge University Press, 2007) and "A Theory of Crimes Against Humanity" (Yale Journal of International Law, 2004).
