David A. Crocker is Senior Research Scholar at the Institute for Philosophy and Public Policy and the Maryland School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland. He specializes in applied ethics and sociopolitical philosophy, international development ethics, transitional justice, democratic theory, ethics of consumption, and ethics of corruption. Dr. Crocker teaches courses in ethics, development, foreign aid, and human rights
