Bronwen Manby is Deputy Director of the Africa Division of Human Rights Watch. She was previously a researcher in that division, responsible for the work of Human Rights Watch on Nigeria and South Africa, and advocacy work on other African countries. She is the author of the Human Rights Watch report "The Price of Oil: Corporate Responsibility and Human Rights Violations in Nigeria's Oil Producing Communities."
