Brad R. Roth
Brad R. Roth is associate professor, Political Science Department, Center for Legal Studies, and Law School, at Wayne State University. He specializes in political and legal theory, American and comparative public law, and international law. His courses include International Law, Human Rights, The Rule of Law, Introduction to Legal Studies and Political Theory of Public Law. Before entering academia, he practiced law and served as law clerk to the Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court. His research has focused on questions of constitutionalism, democracy and sovereignty.
