Antonio Vitorino

Antonio Vitorino served as European Commissioner for Justice and Home Affairs (1999-2004). He is a former Chairman of the Committee on Civil Liberties and Internal Affairs and was one of two commissioners to serve on the convention that drew up the draft European Constitution.
