Anthony F. Lang, Jr.

Anthony F. Lang, Jr. is a Senior Lecturer in the School of International Relations at the University of St Andrews. His research focuses on international political theory, with particular attention to the norms governing the use of military force, humanitarian intervention, and human rights. He was a program officer at the Carnegie Council from 2000 to 2003.

Anthony Lang serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Council's journal, Ethics & International Affairs.
