Peruvian journalist and author Alvaro Vargas Llosa is a Senior Fellow with the Center on Peace and Liberty at The Independent Institute. He has been a member of the Board of the Miami Herald Publishing Company and op-ed page editor and columnist at the Miami Herald as well as a contributor to many newspapers, magazine and radio programs worldwide.
