Alexandru Grigorescu

Alexandru Grigorescu
Alexandru Grigorescu is Assistant Professor of Political Science at Loyola University Chicago. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. He has previously served with the Romanian Foreign Ministry, in the International Organizations Department, and was a member of the Romanian delegation to the United Nations.

His research focuses on the causes and consequences of changes in intergovernmental organizations. He is especially interested in the application of such principles as accountability and transparency to the international realm.

His work has appeared in International Studies Quarterly, Global Governance, International Politics, Problems of Post-Communism, and East European Politics and Society.
