Audio and Video Playback:
cceia.org employs Adobe® Flash® to play back audio and video. You must have the Flash plugin to view video on this site.
Please note: due to popular demand, we recently upgraded our media web server. If you are still experiencing choppy playback, please try the following.
Clear your browser cache, then reload the page.
To clear your cache:
In Internet Explorer 7.0 or 8.0 (PC)
Menu: Tools > Internet Options > General Tab: Browsing history > Delete... [button] > Temporary Internet Files > OK [button]
In Internet Explorer 6.0 (PC)
Menu: Tools > Internet Options > General Tab: Temporary Internet Files > Delete Files [button] > OK [button]
In Firefox (PC/Mac)
Menu: Tools > Clear Private Data > Cache [checkbox] > Clear Private Data Now [button]
Often audio and video are 'throttled' by corporate IT departments or there is limited bandwidth due to heavy usage during peak periods of the day. Try viewing the video at off-peak hours and/or check with your IT department to see if this is the case.
Are you on a slow connection?
Our video is very high quality. If you are NOT on a broadband connection, you will experience choppy playback. If you are not in a position to view on a broadband connection, you may request a DVD of the program you wish to view. Request a DVD

If these steps do not resolve your problem, please email us at info@cceia.org. Please note your operating system (OS), browser and version (i.e., Internet Explorer 7.0 or Firefox 2.1), URL (web address) you hare having problems with, and a brief description of the problem.
Monitor settings:
cceia.org is best viewed at a monitor resolution of 1024x768,
24 bit (true) color setting.
1024x768 is the minimum monitor resolution without having to scroll to the right.
Browsers:
cceia.org takes advantage of the enhanced features available in the latest browser versions.
It has been tested on:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0* (PC)
Safari 4.x (Mac)
Firefox 3.5.2 and 3.5.7 (PC & Mac respectively)
*Note: We have also tested for backwards compatibility in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0 browsers.
