NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
Major Relaunch for the Carnegie Council
After over a year of planning, the Council is introducing new programs with new formats.

Building on our work of many years, we are now focusing on two broad themes: Ethics, War, and Peace and Global Social Justice. Our aim is to inspire and guide ethical debate on these issues in the academic and policy communities. We insist on ethical reflection as part of policy debate, find positive examples, showcase the most thoughtful people, and promote creative ideas.

New Publisher for Ethics & International Affairs
Journal E&IA is going to a new quarterly format, beginning in 2006. Circulation and distribution will now be handled through Blackwell Publishing, the premier company in journal marketing. Journal contents will be available through subscription and online.

Exclusive Membership Benefit: CDs and DVDs
Many of the world's most influential thinkers come to the Council. As a complimentary benefit of membership, we are creating a special series featuring Council talks and debates, each focusing on a particular theme.
